2).Return product，Please be sure to keep the original packaging(Including outer packaging、Inner filler)And ensure that the goods are in good condition，The cargo label is the only evidence that Shenzhen Aibo Run Technology Co., Ltd. coordinates the return and exchange with the supplier.，If lost，Will not be returned。

3).If you request a return due to product quality issues，Customers need to provide a detailed English version of the performance test report as a basis for consultation between Shenzhen Aibo Run Technology Co., Ltd. and suppliers.。If necessary，A third-party English test report approved by both parties is also required.。

4).Orders that have been invoiced after the return of the application，Need to return the invoice。

2.After-sales service is not accepted

1).The original packaging and cargo label of the product are missing.。

2).Used on the machine/Tested product。

3).Receiving more than two weeks（Subject to express delivery date）。

4).Lost invoice。

5).Mistakes made by the customer's own reasons。

3.Submit after sales steps

1)Users can【Member Centre】—【My Order】page，Search for completed orders that need to apply for after-sales by searching for the order number or product model，Click“Apply for after sale”，As shown：

4.After-sales service processing time
